If you don't have a personal stake in the business you are in then it will not work because you won't.
I care more about my business than ever cared about the company's I have worked for. The last two companies I worked for I excelled at a level that drew a lot of attention to me.
The reason I got so good at what I was doing was because I found a personal reason for them. The last job I had I was only employed there for 3 months before I was being asked to train all the new people who were coming in.
When I worked for a really great call center that I inevitably fell in love with I was rebounding from a very bad beat in my life.
It had been almost two years since I was fired the second time in 60 days. I was still doubting myself but this new job. I had to be great at it. I had to or else I knew I would never recover from it all. In my first month there I struggled and I am so glad they didn't fire me too.
I hung in and at some point something magical happened.
The hard work paid off and I get really good... really fast. It wasn't long before I had developed my own system that I could teach others how to duplicate. The company liked me a lot because I found my fire again. I found the winner in me again.
NOW... 7 years later I am making the next chapter of our business personal. It is my focus and mission to help 5 other people find their own passion in joining us. It's not about me anymore. IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU. I will never be satisfied with this mission until we hit that goal and then work to solidify it permanently.

This morning while meditating my mind went though my problems and one kept coming to my mind. I realized the solution to my problem was for me to do something I did not have the skill set to do. After I was done telling the story that didn’t help me I realized the answer was to ask someone for help.
This is a huge positive for me because ninnatter what I need to get done either I can do it or I can find someone to help me.
The lesson I learned is that I CAN ACCOMPLSIH ANYTHING because it’s either my skill set or I can ask for help. All I have to do is let go of my need to be everything.
HOW TO APPLY IT
When it comes to my health I can let go of my need to be an expert in fitness and nutrition and just ask for help.
When it comes to my spirituality I can either donlife on my own or I can thank my Heavenly Father on a daily basis for what he has give me and ask for something specific everyday.
When it comes to being a powerful influential father I can can either try to figure out how to influence my kids or I can actually have conversations with them every day about what they like.
When it comes to my business I can either spend months trying to create the spreadsheet that I really want for my business or I can ask someone I know who is an expert and Pay him to create one for me.
The revelation is that massive growth in my life and business is even more possible because I can do the work or let go of my need to be everything and ask for help.

There are places online where I can search for how many people are searching google to find information I am an expert on. Like, ''How to build a business from home''. I can see how many people type that into Google every month and what comes up.
I am excited because it will help me get a clear idea of how I can distinguish myself from the top 3 search results. That's all anyone really looks at anyway.
I see the next step being research the search site. Research the top 3 results. Find out what my own personal angle is and how it's totally different. How what I do doesn't even make them a competitor like The Blue Ocean Strategy suggests.
