When you do self development everyday ideas flow
You have to develop the skill to be able to break these ideas down into small digest-able doses so you can get them done and well. Also it helps yo sift through which ideas need to be fleshed out and with ones need to sit in the idea cooker for a while.
For me I write everything down in as great of detail as I can. I love this format of WHAT, WHY, WHEN and HOW so that I can prioritize it all.
WE WERE MEANT TO BE PRODUCERS.
Here's how I break down my latest project that will benefit dōTERRA Wellness Advocates who lack support and the promotion of a great cause called Operation Underground Railroad.

MY DAILY PRACTICE AND POWER MESSAGES
Knee update and a short work day. Keep the ideas coming and avoid feeling overwhelmed
Someone working with a group I am leading just messaged me and quit. This person said it’s "just not the right time". Which is not an explanation at all. I feel obligated to help her see that this is not acceptable.
That’s a positive because when I am not doing the work myself it’s easy for me to give people a pass because I give myself passes all the time when it gets hard. This reaction proves that I am doing the work when it’s hard and I am giving myself credit for it.
When I work hard and push through the resistance that we all feel I become more of a leader than person who allows others to quit on themselves.
HOW CAN I APPLY IT?
I can apply this lesson to my health by remembering I must always leave the gym knowing I did the work. I must always make good decisions with my eating even when I really really want to have something I shouldn’t. This will allow me the strength to hold others to a higher standard.
When it come to my spirituality I will commit to remembering. That everything happens FOR ME... especially when it looks like it’s not. I will do it when it’s REALLY hard.
When it comes to my relationships I will push through to make sure my intentions are always felt even when I am becoming resentful of my wife or kids.
This lesson applies to my business by reminding me to always take risks when there is no proof that any particular idea will work. Always take chances and put my money where my mouth is. That’s what I expect anyone on my team to do. I have to live it first so that I have the strength to set that expectation with everybody because I understand what it’s like to be afraid
MY BIG REVELATION
I can never expect others to push beyond their own limits if I am not doing that myself.
In the next 48 hours I am going to stick to my own plan eating 100%. Especially when I get in the moment when I really really want something I shouldn’t.
